Superior Exterior Systems did a great job on my siding installation project. From the first contact I had with them, through the bid process and contract details, through the removal of my old vinyl siding and installation of HardiePlank Lap Siding, through the painting and final walk-through, everyone at this company was friendly, professional, and expert in their role. I was looking at bids from multiple companies, and SES stood out as one of the most competitive on price -- but what ultimately won my business was their flexibility and great communication both with me and between the various roles within the company. Artie was endlessly patient with my many questions during the initial discussion phase and showed flexibility and creativity in solving problems as we hammered out the plan for my exterior remodel. Both he and Matt (my project manager) showed a willingness to resolve my every concern to make sure I was happy with the result. When I interacted with the company office, both Michelle and Alanna impressed me with their clear communication and friendly demeanor. I got to see their work and went with them as well They did not disappoint. While my project were only 1 siding replacement and two new 2 new Milgard window installments, they gave it as much attention.
