Working with Superior Exterior Systems was a fantastic experience! We got a lot of bids for our extensive siding project, which included removing over 14,000 lbs of poorly applied stucco to our 1924 home. Superior had a competitive price, but it was the way they handled the bid process that sold us. Matt was knowledgeable and very unsalesman like. He didn't pressure me or make a hard sale and was patient while we decided how to move forward with this very major project. He just patiently and efficiently answered every question either in person or over text and email. Alanna in the office was great at communicating throughout - from start to finish. She confirmed our appointment for the bid, even sending me a picture of Matt beforehand so I'd know who to expect, then sent me many informational guides, forms, receipts, etc. throughout the process. She never missed a beat and was so understanding and helpful while I tried to choose paint colors - helping out where my colorblind husband could not! Our house turned out to be a rotten mess with no insulation beneath the original siding, and Matt and his crew really problem solved to help us get it fixed without going too far out of our budget. They made it manageable. When we decided how to move forward, they got it done quickly and correctly. It turned out to be a much bigger project than we expected, but our house is in such better shape now, and we've already noticed a difference in our electricty bill. Matt always caught things on walkthroughs that we didn't and made sure his crews came back to fix them, ensuring every detail was done right. They got our house looking so great. I'm blown away by the finished product! I love coming home to our "new" house and sitting outside on our hugely improved front porch. It was a really great process from start to finish.

Chad and his team recently replaced our entire roof, all of our siding, added a new window, replaced our foundation vents, replaced our sliding patio door, and replaced two exterior doors. Everyone on Chad's team was a pleasure to work with - I have no complaints about any part of the process. I only wish Chad and his team did more so I could hire them for my many other projects! 🙂 From day one (the free estimate) to the final day of handing over the check.. everything has been easy. Any hiccups that came up during the project were quickly addressed and met with a fair solution for both parties. Quick service, great communication, fair and competitive pricing, thorough clean up and solution-oriented. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

The inspection that I had before purchasing my home identified the siding needed attention, in places, immediately. Doing what is always recommended, I contacted three businesses for quotes. All came in at, roughly, the same range. Superior Exterior Systems and Bill came with a recommendation from someone that I knew. Superior Exterior Systems was not the lowest bid. But, meeting with Bill, was happy with his long-time experience and attention to a few details that he pointed out to me as we did our bid walk-around. I also thought I would have to wait until a slot came open for the job to be scheduled, but they began working the following week. The job is now finished and it looks terrific. I have had compliments from my neighbor on how great it looks and my nephew, whose opinion I respect, also said it looked like a very good job. I am happy to have done business with this company and recommend them.
