He came with literature about the product, tools for precise measuring on the day in order to give us the best idea of cost, explained the process in detail on that day, including lead paint removal protocol (and repeated the information at the contract signing), emailed the estimate in a timely fashion (other companies never followed up with their estimate), followed COVID 19 protocols, and he was engaging and personable. He and the other employees were understanding when our family experienced a death, which delayed the start of the project. They viewed us as people, not just a job. The crew was professional, communicated to us about any issues that arose, cleaned up each night, and worked around a snow/ice event. I highly recommend this family owned company who goes the extra mile.
