Working with Superior Exterior Systems was a fantastic experience! We got a lot of bids for our extensive siding project, which included removing over 14,000 lbs of poorly applied stucco to our 1924 home. Superior had a competitive price, but it was the way they handled the bid process that sold us. Matt was knowledgeable and very unsalesman like. He didn't pressure me or make a hard sale and was patient while we decided how to move forward with this very major project. He just patiently and efficiently answered every question either in person or over text and email. Alanna in the office was great at communicating throughout - from start to finish. She confirmed our appointment for the bid, even sending me a picture of Matt beforehand so I'd know who to expect, then sent me many informational guides, forms, receipts, etc. throughout the process. She never missed a beat and was so understanding and helpful while I tried to choose paint colors - helping out where my colorblind husband could not! Our house turned out to be a rotten mess with no insulation beneath the original siding, and Matt and his crew really problem solved to help us get it fixed without going too far out of our budget. They made it manageable. When we decided how to move forward, they got it done quickly and correctly. It turned out to be a much bigger project than we expected, but our house is in such better shape now, and we've already noticed a difference in our electricty bill. Matt always caught things on walkthroughs that we didn't and made sure his crews came back to fix them, ensuring every detail was done right. They got our house looking so great. I'm blown away by the finished product! I love coming home to our "new" house and sitting outside on our hugely improved front porch. It was a really great process from start to finish.

The owner of the company came to our home to explain what he could do for us. He came prepared and with material that gave us choices. He went into great detail so we understood what we were paying for. He gave us opportunities to ask questions and he answered them thoroughly. When he left we understood exactly what they were going to do. We had never had to replace siding before this house, so we had little knowledge on this process. He also explained that he would be coming by to do quality control inspections weekly. He personally came by as promised each week and checked on the job. The owner was always available by phone should a problem come up. We had no need to call him as he had a foreman that was quite capable.The price was reasonable and fair as we had bids to compare them to. The job went smoothly and started earlier than expected. I was impressed as to how respectful the guys working were. They even parked their cars on the street so they would not be in my way. They weather was quite rainy at times but they worked even with the rain. I think the only thing that slowed things down was a couple of icy days, which was totally understandable. The guys cleaned up the mess and talked with us at the completion of the job. Later we noticed a vent that did not get cut out , probably because it got dark before they left. We called and he came right out and did the work with an apology. I would definitely recommend this company to my family or friends. They are honest and dependable. I found the owner and his crew to be great to work with.

Superior Exterior transformed my 1996'ish, tired old house into a home we can fall in love with all over again! Brand new Hardi siding to refresh last-century "engineered" T1-11. Dry rot repairs repaired beyond industry standards. Removal of a 23 year-old deck. Installation of new Milgard windows including a beautiful bay window in the second-floor master bedroom. We feel at home again and it was Superior Exterior's acute attention to details (Thanks Mark & Brothers!) that made this a most successful project and a true transformation. As a retired construction project manager I know that every job can present challenges and sometimes things do not go as planned. In the middle of this job there was a significant rain/windstorm coming in so it was decided to pause the job for a day for safety of the crew. That evening (8:30pm) a major rain squall came through with massive rain and winds causing the rain to penetrate the protective plastic resulting in a slight leak in one of the windows. A call to Ricky at Superior Exterior and the crew was at my house within 30-minutes and the problem was resolved! The company owner (Thanks Chad!) also called to verify that things were taken care of. Can you still even get a pizza in 30 minutes anymore these days? From the bidding process (thanks Ricky and Alanna!) to job completion and final walkthrough, Superior Exterior understands that a successful job goes much further than the completion date.
