Before the update, this La Center, WA home wasn’t turning heads – it was blending in. The vertical off-white siding gave it that “builder basic from 20 years ago” feel, with everything washing together instead of standing out. Add in some wear on the decking, and the whole exterior just felt a little tired.

So, we gave it a much-needed glow-up. The old T1-11 siding was removed and replaced with rich, warm-toned James Hardie lap siding that instantly brought depth and dimension back to the home.

New James Hardie trim sharpened everything up, while rot repair on the decking handled the behind-the-scenes issues. To finish it off, the garage doors were coated with Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint, tying the whole look together without missing a beat.

Now? It’s a completely different house. The kind you slow down for when you drive by. Clean lines, warm color, and a look that finally matches the home’s potential – this one went from forgettable to “okay, now we’re talking.”
