The shake siding on this North Portland, Oregon home had an aged, mildewed appearance from years of exposure to our rainy climate. In addition to the main building, the property had storage buildings with the same weathered look.

When the homeowners decided to upgrade the exterior of all the buildings, they chose James Hardie siding for its durability and weather resistance. They chose a deep blue color for the siding and pure white for the trim from our premium Sherwin-Williams exterior paint options.

Our team also updated the soffit, replacing the damaged wood with durable materials. In the end, their home took on a more modern look with cleaner lines, highlighted by the contrast between the siding and trim.
