We Took This House From Dull And
Boring To Sleek And Fabulous

This Gresham, Oregon home’s exterior was weather-worn and had several areas of broken siding and trim. The homeowners were ready for a refresh, and we were ready to complete this stunning transformation.

We removed all the old siding and trim to replace it with durable James Hardie lap siding along the main body of the home. On the front side, we added James Hardie shake siding to the upper section of the building for a nice contrast in texture.

While the original siding was two colors, the homeowner opted for a more uniform aesthetic with their siding replacement. We used gray Sherwin-Williams exterior paint for a durable, lasting finish.

As a final touch, we upgraded all the stone accents around the home’s exterior, including the chimney, with Versetta stone.
