Initial Contact And Meeting
When you call us, Alanna, Michelle, or another member of our team will answer. We’ll set a time for our first meeting and send a bio picture of your project manager so you know who to expect.
During your 1 to 2-hour meeting, we’ll learn your goals and recommend the best exterior remodeling solution. We don’t overstay our welcome and NEVER use sales pressure.
Proposal
We’ll send you your proposal via email after the meeting, not during it. This ensures you can make an informed, thoughtful decision after weighing your options.
Your proposal will include everything your project needs and nothing more. We won’t try to upsell or give you a lowball quote that will inevitably require a massive change order. Instead, you’ll receive an honest, accurate quote that won’t change. Period.
Pre-Installation Meeting
After the consultation, the pre-installation meeting is the next step in bringing your project to life. During this meeting, we’ll finalize all the additional details we’ll need, provide you with a pre-construction checklist, and explain how you can best prepare for installation. This is also the perfect opportunity to address any remaining questions you have before construction begins.
Regular Updates
If your project takes more than two weeks to schedule, you’ll receive regular progress updates. We’ll call to arrange deliveries, and you’ll know when, what, and where the delivery is coming from. Closer to the delivery date, we’ll call and set up an appointment for the “pre-walk” and installation.
Installation Day
We’ll conduct a pre-walk either a week before or on the morning of your installation. After the pre-walk, we install your new home exterior system, whether that’s James Hardie siding, a roof system, insulation, windows, doors, gutters, or an entryway. Your project manager will often be on site. After installation, they’ll do a walk-through. If they see anything that needs fixing, we’ll fix it.
Painting Services
Next, we’ll paint your brand-new home exterior (for siding services). Our painting services can be included no matter the type of exterior home siding you choose. We’ll wash the exterior siding well and then paint it to the precise color you choose. We have hundreds of colors for you to consider.
And thanks to our true two-coat system, you’ll receive a solution that maintains its appearance and protects your home for decades.
