That’s it for our first visit. It’s simply a conversation – not a sales pitch. Our visits typically last one to two hours, and we’ll never overstay our welcome. Ultimately, we want you to choose us because you feel comfortable with us and TRUST us.

Communication From Start To Finish

Superior Exterior Systems provides reliable communication throughout the ENTIRE process – you’ll always be “in the loop.” Because the last thing you need is a contractor who won’t provide updates or call you back. Here’s what you can expect from us:

• We provide updates at every project turn
• Your project manager is on site almost every day
• We return your call or email within one business day

Since we keep you updated, you probably won’t have to try and reach us first. But just in case, you’ll have the number for our front office AND project manager. You can call them any time. They’ll pick up or call you right back.

A Pristine Cleanup Every Time

Tearing off your home’s siding or roof is a messy job – there are hundreds of pounds of waste material coming off. If your contractor doesn’t clean properly each day, nails, scraps, and trash will get left behind.

At Superior Exterior Systems, we promise to protect your lawn and conduct full cleanups after each day. Our careful cleanup involves:

• Magnets to remove scrap nails at the end of each day
• Tarps to catch fallen nails and scraps that come off your home’s exterior
• Pump jack systems (scaffolding) to help remove siding without creating a mess

Your lawn will look as good as it did before we arrived. If it weren’t for your beautiful new home exterior, you wouldn’t even know we were there.
