After interviewing and getting quotes from four very highly rated exterior siding companies (three of which were Hardie Elite Preferred), we chose to go with Superior Exterior and could not be more pleased with our decision. Chad, the owner, was amazing from the first meeting. He is very knowledgable, patient (I had a million questions), and very honest. Everything we wanted and expected was outlined in our contract, and there were absolutely no surprises at all during the process. Chad's wife, Michelle, is the nicest, most pleasant person, and made scheduling super easy. Matt was the one who did the actual labor, and to state it simply, he and his crew are amazing. They completely transformed our home into something better than we even imagined. Their attention to detail, remarkable work ethic, and obvious skill made this whole process run so smoothly. We are just thrilled with the results of Superior's work. I didn't choose Superior just because of their excellent bid -- I went with my gut after meeting Chad. I could tell he was honest and wouldn't nickel and dime us, and I was right. I highly recommend them!

I needed my roof replaced so I called 4 companies to get bids. 2 didn't even show up. Superior came in about $1500 less than the other company. Job was completed in the time frame the told me. Super nice crew. They cleaned up there mess and I was very happy with there work.

We have a small manufactured home near Amboy, WA. Superior Exterior Systems resided it with HardiePlank almost 3 years ago. Not a big job for them, but we were treated like we were their most important customer. Most jobs look awesome when they are new, but three years later, our siding is still in perfect shape. That is primarily because Chad and Michelle and their crews are so focused on quality and doing the job right the first time. We had lots of questions and we appreciated their attention and timely responses. We are very detail-oriented, and were pleased to discover they were as well. No item was too small to address. They cleaned up well each day. They stuck to their schedule and didn't pull off our job to do another. We are now about to sell our home and the beautiful siding is a definite selling point! If you want quality workmanship and a job that will last, Superior Exterior Systems is your best choice!

The initial consultation was very informative. We were shown samples, and given detailed information about how SES would work on our home. We had 3 companies give us bids and decided that Superior Exterior Systems was the company for us. There were usually 2 people here working on our project which took 3.5 weeks, as they didn't work everyday on our house. The crew was conscientious about cleaning up, especially on Friday afternoons so we could enjoy our yard. The crew was also very polite and accommodating. SES did all the work as promised, and the outcome was what we were hoping for.

The inspection that I had before purchasing my home identified the siding needed attention, in places, immediately. Doing what is always recommended, I contacted three businesses for quotes. All came in at, roughly, the same range. Superior Exterior Systems and Bill came with a recommendation from someone that I knew. Superior Exterior Systems was not the lowest bid. But, meeting with Bill, was happy with his long-time experience and attention to a few details that he pointed out to me as we did our bid walk-around. I also thought I would have to wait until a slot came open for the job to be scheduled, but they began working the following week. The job is now finished and it looks terrific. I have had compliments from my neighbor on how great it looks and my nephew, whose opinion I respect, also said it looked like a very good job. I am happy to have done business with this company and recommend them.

Chad and his team recently replaced our entire roof, all of our siding, added a new window, replaced our foundation vents, replaced our sliding patio door, and replaced two exterior doors. Everyone on Chad's team was a pleasure to work with - I have no complaints about any part of the process. I only wish Chad and his team did more so I could hire them for my many other projects! 🙂 From day one (the free estimate) to the final day of handing over the check.. everything has been easy. Any hiccups that came up during the project were quickly addressed and met with a fair solution for both parties. Quick service, great communication, fair and competitive pricing, thorough clean up and solution-oriented. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

SES transformed our house. We hired SES to replace our siding and they did such an amazing job. From the moment we met Ricky, we knew they were the guys we could trust for our house, which is a 1940's house on a hill. Ricky was super friendly and helpful from day one. His communication skills are unmatched, he was always there to answer any and all questions we had. There were many challenges but the team Ricki brought in (the 3 brothers, Mark, Ilya, Paul and their dad, Victor) handled everything with such finesse and ease. They took charge and fixed all the major and minor issues with no supervision or involvement from us. They really knew what they were doing and completed the whole job flawlessly. So grateful to Ricky for assigning such a skilled team to our house. Ricky was also extremely helpful and cooperative in working with us by providing multiple quotes and sub-quotes as there were some insurance claims involved. Moreover, the paint company they used (National Painting) did a fantastic job as well. We could not be more grateful. We have received multiple compliments on the transformation of our home and we recommend them wholeheartedly. Thank you to everyone at SES for helping us renew the look of our house.

Superior Exterior Systems did a great job on my siding installation project. From the first contact I had with them, through the bid process and contract details, through the removal of my old vinyl siding and installation of HardiePlank Lap Siding, through the painting and final walk-through, everyone at this company was friendly, professional, and expert in their role. I was looking at bids from multiple companies, and SES stood out as one of the most competitive on price -- but what ultimately won my business was their flexibility and great communication both with me and between the various roles within the company. Artie was endlessly patient with my many questions during the initial discussion phase and showed flexibility and creativity in solving problems as we hammered out the plan for my exterior remodel. Both he and Matt (my project manager) showed a willingness to resolve my every concern to make sure I was happy with the result. When I interacted with the company office, both Michelle and Alanna impressed me with their clear communication and friendly demeanor. This really is a quality operation; they're honest and they stand by their work. The crew who came out to do the installation were amazing, showing that same level of professionalism and customer orientation. Mark, who headed up the installation crew on site, went above and beyond to make sure we had shared vision about trim and other details around some of the "quirky" places on my older home. Of course, the quality of the workmanship was excellent -- SES is an Elite Preferred Hardie installer, and it shows! -- but where they really shine is in their communication and relationship style. Both the siding installation and the painting were completed ahead of schedule, and the couple of small change orders we did were negotiated generously and in good faith. After the painting was completed, Artie and Matt came back to install a couple of exterior fixtures as agreed, and Artie made sure I was happy with everything before accepting final payment. Like I said -- this is a quality operation. SES will absolutely be the first call I'll make, next time I need any kind of exterior updates.

The siding crew, lead by Mark was excellent, they consulted me about many work arounds that they had to do to make the final product look seamless. These included a deck that was not attached to the house correctly, a window installed incorrectly, leading to previous water damage, roof flanging improperly installed that lead to water damage. They made sure none of these previous mistakes would continue and my home is now protected from the elements. The painting crew was also excellent. There was no overspray, the trim looks great. They walked around with me for a final inspection to make sure nothing was missed. Both crews left the job site each day in good condition and both crews were very professional and I felt that they took pride in their craft and wanted me to be happy with the quality of their work.

The owner of the company came to our home to explain what he could do for us. He came prepared and with material that gave us choices. He went into great detail so we understood what we were paying for. He gave us opportunities to ask questions and he answered them thoroughly. When he left we understood exactly what they were going to do. We had never had to replace siding before this house, so we had little knowledge on this process. He also explained that he would be coming by to do quality control inspections weekly. He personally came by as promised each week and checked on the job. The owner was always available by phone should a problem come up. We had no need to call him as he had a foreman that was quite capable.The price was reasonable and fair as we had bids to compare them to. The job went smoothly and started earlier than expected. I was impressed as to how respectful the guys working were. They even parked their cars on the street so they would not be in my way. They weather was quite rainy at times but they worked even with the rain. I think the only thing that slowed things down was a couple of icy days, which was totally understandable. The guys cleaned up the mess and talked with us at the completion of the job. Later we noticed a vent that did not get cut out , probably because it got dark before they left. We called and he came right out and did the work with an apology. I would definitely recommend this company to my family or friends. They are honest and dependable. I found the owner and his crew to be great to work with.

Working with Superior Exterior Systems was a fantastic experience! We got a lot of bids for our extensive siding project, which included removing over 14,000 lbs of poorly applied stucco to our 1924 home. Superior had a competitive price, but it was the way they handled the bid process that sold us. Matt was knowledgeable and very unsalesman like. He didn't pressure me or make a hard sale and was patient while we decided how to move forward with this very major project. He just patiently and efficiently answered every question either in person or over text and email. Alanna in the office was great at communicating throughout - from start to finish. She confirmed our appointment for the bid, even sending me a picture of Matt beforehand so I'd know who to expect, then sent me many informational guides, forms, receipts, etc. throughout the process. She never missed a beat and was so understanding and helpful while I tried to choose paint colors - helping out where my colorblind husband could not! Our house turned out to be a rotten mess with no insulation beneath the original siding, and Matt and his crew really problem solved to help us get it fixed without going too far out of our budget. They made it manageable. When we decided how to move forward, they got it done quickly and correctly. It turned out to be a much bigger project than we expected, but our house is in such better shape now, and we've already noticed a difference in our electricty bill. Matt always caught things on walkthroughs that we didn't and made sure his crews came back to fix them, ensuring every detail was done right. They got our house looking so great. I'm blown away by the finished product! I love coming home to our "new" house and sitting outside on our hugely improved front porch. It was a really great process from start to finish.

Superior Exterior transformed my 1996'ish, tired old house into a home we can fall in love with all over again! Brand new Hardi siding to refresh last-century "engineered" T1-11. Dry rot repairs repaired beyond industry standards. Removal of a 23 year-old deck. Installation of new Milgard windows including a beautiful bay window in the second-floor master bedroom. We feel at home again and it was Superior Exterior's acute attention to details (Thanks Mark & Brothers!) that made this a most successful project and a true transformation. As a retired construction project manager I know that every job can present challenges and sometimes things do not go as planned. In the middle of this job there was a significant rain/windstorm coming in so it was decided to pause the job for a day for safety of the crew. That evening (8:30pm) a major rain squall came through with massive rain and winds causing the rain to penetrate the protective plastic resulting in a slight leak in one of the windows. A call to Ricky at Superior Exterior and the crew was at my house within 30-minutes and the problem was resolved! The company owner (Thanks Chad!) also called to verify that things were taken care of. Can you still even get a pizza in 30 minutes anymore these days? From the bidding process (thanks Ricky and Alanna!) to job completion and final walkthrough, Superior Exterior understands that a successful job goes much further than the completion date. It's for the lifetime of your home.

We chose Superior Exterior Systems because they were by far the most professional company from start to finish. We had 5 companies come and give us estimates to redo the exterior of our 1950's bungalow which still had original cedar shake siding with layers of paint. Ricky Carlson was the most professional estimator by far. He came with literature about the product, tools for precise measuring on the day in order to give us the best idea of cost, explained the process in detail on that day, including lead paint removal protocol (and repeated the information at the contract signing), emailed the estimate in a timely fashion (other companies never followed up with their estimate), followed COVID 19 protocols, and he was engaging and personable. He and the other employees were understanding when our family experienced a death, which delayed the start of the project. They viewed us as people, not just a job. The crew was professional, communicated to us about any issues that arose, cleaned up each night, and worked around a snow/ice event. I highly recommend this family owned company who goes the extra mile.

Our house was a two-story, 70's-built box with dented and peeling aluminium siding, single pane aluminum windows, original doors, original paint, and a deck that had been added by a previous owner that was not tied into structure. We were worred about water infiltration as well as rising electrical costs, so we decided to refinance and pull cash to consolidate debt and get the exterior of the house in shape. We had three companies bid on the project to: * Replace Siding with Hardie product * Replace all windows * Replace an upper floor sliding doors * Replace two patio sliding doors with french doors * Replace the front door * Replace the garage man door * Paint exterior siding and trim * Replace the deck Chad Peterson's bid, as owner of Superior Exterior Systems, was accepted based on first impressions, professional knowledge, statements by references, the detailed estimate, and cost. While we dreaded what the demolition might reveal, everything went smoothly and the issues that were uncovered were quickly and professional resolved. Mark, who ran the siding/window/door crew, kept us informed, answered our many questions, and did an outstanding job on the installation. There were delays due to supplier issues related to Covid-19 that were driving everyone crazy, but Chad worked with them to get our project completed as quickly as possible. The paint crew was quick and thorough. The result is great. The 12'x12' deck Chad and Tyson built for us will likely double as a shelter during a nuclear attack. Given the amount of work that was done, the price was reasonable. Michelle, Chad's wife and business partner, kept us informed all along the way. Chad and his crews were very professional and responsive to our needs. We highly recommend Superior Exterior Systems.

Bill came and completed the estimate on the agreed time. He was willing to use the siding product of my choice (most companies will not). He did give me good advice on the product that would work best in the type of siding I chose. The job was started within a couple weeks or less after signing the contract. Price was great $8,300.00 to side the house. The job was completed within about 4 days without any issues. After the job was completed clean up was great! The new siding looks great and I am very happy with the final product. I will use Superior Exterior Systems in the future if I should have need for siding.

I am impressed with these professional installers at Superior Exterior Systems. They came highly recommended to me by a friend, who had her entire sidings on her house done, in addition to her deck over the summer of 2024. I got to see their work and went with them as well They did not disappoint. While my project were only 1 siding replacement and two new 2 new Milgard window installments, they gave it as much attention. Art and his crew were extremely efficient, very thorough, and respectful of the property. They removed the old and left the property neat and tidy. It was worth the wait. Just knowing that they were thorough and experts at what they do gave me peace of mind. And did I mention that temperatures in both of my bedrooms that the sidings and windows were replaced felt noticeably warmer?!!
